Mr Chester carried out two biopsies in my arm in a effort to identify what turned out to be a rare bacterial infection. The professionalism, and excellent patient care was reassuring at all times. The explanations and processes to be followed were fully explained throughout so as not to cause anxiety. The expertise of the surgeon ensured that any scarring from incisions was minimal. Even though the results confirmed that I did require referral to another practitioner, his follow up enquiries were much appreciated.

Mr Chester was very easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed in the consultation, or in anyway that I was being silly by asking questions relating to my treatment (which I am sure was quite a minor procedure for Mr Chester) I had total confidence in him and appreciated how he explained in detail what would happen in the removal of my skin cancer and the results which I could expect. During the procedure he was very caring. The outcome of the scar tissue was very neat and I feel that this was due to the expertise of the surgeon. My after care was of the same high standard, I felt at ease and confident that I had the correct treatment and I would not hesitate in going back to Mr Chester in the future for any similar issues that may arise, or for cosmetic surgery. I can't think of how the experience could be improved upon.

I could not have asked for a kinder, more caring, thorough and wholly professional surgeon than Mr Chester.I have had two sessions of minor facial surgery over twelve months but I was treated as if it was far more serious. It was a joy to be listened to, respected and have a full explanation of both the procedures and likely outcomes. I cannot recommend Mr Chester highly enough, I knew I was in safe hands, literally!

After an injury at work where I lost the finger tip on my right hand I was immediately put at ease by Consultant Mr. Chester when I attended QE for Surgery. Mr Chester gave a full account of the procedure that was to take place. On the follow up appointment I was again impressed by his manner and thoroughness in giving me the time to express my concerns with regards to the healing process of my finger. An observation by Mr Chester with regards to a discoloured wart on my righthand led to biospy, this however can back as non cancerous , but highlighted how thorough Mr.Chester was.
